How long does my order take to ship?

Most orders ship within one, sometimes two, days. If it seems like it will take longer, we’ll reach out and let you know why and when to expect delivery.

Does Stone Hound ship outside of the United States? 

Yes, but … it’s a little more complicated, so it can take a little longer to get the order moving. If you are looking for more details, use the contact page to let us know what you want and where you want it to go.

What is Stone Hound’s warranty and return policy?

While it’s a bit difficult to put an absolute guarantee on the upcycled materials we use - not knowing exactly where they’ve been before we got to them - we are proud of what we make and we are more than happy to repair or replace what doesn’t live up to expectations. So, let us know what the issue is and we’ll do our best to resolve it quickly.

Does Stone Hound do custom work?

Yes. We’re always interested in collaborating on projects. Whether that’s just exploring different color options for something we already make or creating something entirely new, let us know what you’re thinking.

It seems worth mentioning that in working with recovered materials, Stone Hound’s upcycled products are made in limited quantities and can have some variability to their size and appearance. We like to think it’s what gives each item its own character.
